Personal training gives you the opportunity to achieve your individual fitness and health goals. It gives me great pleasure to support you in achieving your goals and to celebrate successes together. Shared joy is double joy!

Whether you want to train outdoors, while travelling or at home, I will show you training methods that suit you and your life situation, are sustainably goal-oriented and as much fun as possible.

Endurance training or strength training with your own body weight, simple training aids such as expanders, tubes, resistance bands, therabands, dumbbells, sling trainers, balance boards, therapy balls, medicine balls, kettlebells and much more is possible almost everywhere. I am also happy to help you set up your own home gym.
